The Municipal Band of Allentown Remembers
Richard F. Hinkle

Richard F. Hinkle It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Richard F. Hinkle who passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2005.   Born September 9, 1931 in Philadelphia, Mr. Hinkle was this band's director and motivating force for 31 years, from 1971 to 2002.

He is survived by his wife of over 45 years, two daughters, Lisa A. Hinkle of Allentown, and Elizabeth A. Hinkle of Morrisville, a sister, Georgeanna Hutchinson of Emmaus, and a brother, Warner Hinkle who lives in Colorado.

The members of the Municipal Band of Allentown will remember Mr. Hinkle fondly.   We thank him for his yeas of dedication to us and to the community we continue to serve.
